What does a Mediator do?
A Mediator helps the parties to define the issues and to understand the other side’s interests. This process can lead to creative problem-solving and the resolution of troublesome situations.
What does an Arbitrator do?
An Arbitrator listens to the facts, applies the relevant law, and renders a final decision.
